R2000 for all 4 Wedding Games: This includes free delivery, set up & collection in the Howick area (T’s & C’s Apply)

Outdoor games are hired at the client’s risk. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.

Any loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in partial or full forfeiture of the breakage deposit.

All games remain the property of the Venue at all times.

The client is responsible for the games from the time of delivery/pick-up until collection/return.

Games must be ready for collection at the agreed time. Late returns may incur an additional fee.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may result in forfeiture of payment or deposit.

While the games may be exposed to light rain, they may not be left outdoors during heavy rainfall or storm conditions.

Games must be moved to a covered or sheltered area to prevent damage.

Beer Pong is supplied with classic red plastic cups - Alternative or premium cups are available upon request at an additional cost.

Refundable breakage deposit to be paid beforehand.
